There’s already enough protein in there for any given meal (~40g). Just get your daily protein needs divided up into 6 meals, so at the most maybe 50g per meal would be needed. instead what i do is i get a small pot of boiling water & i put in 4-6 mixed up eggs. it literally cooks within 30 seconds.
